AgriGrowth Consulting is run by two operators who grew up professionally inside India's agri-input industry — one from the category and P&L side, one from field marketing and demand generation. Together: 12+ combined years, four employers, a dozen states.
The founder
Anshi Priya — category & P&L leader, agri & digital commerce.
With a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an MBA in Agribusiness Management (OUAT, Bhubaneswar), Anshi has spent 6+ years turning agri knowledge into commercial outcomes — most recently managing category and P&L across a ₹120 Cr business portfolio at Nurture.Farm, one of India's largest agri digital-commerce platforms.
Before that, as Territory Sales Manager at UPL SAS she scaled Karnal territory from ₹1 Cr to ₹4.5 Cr in 11 months through distributor network expansion, and grew Surat from ₹0.8 Cr to ₹3 Cr on the back of crop-cycle-led local strategies. She launched and established "Triskele", a herbicide brand for sugarcane, and trained 50+ channel partners on product knowledge and retail activation.

The co-founder
Priyanka Mohanty — field marketing & demand generation.
Priyanka is Regional Marketing Manager for entire Odisha at Willowood Chemicals, after four years as Territory Sales Manager at SWAL (UPL group) across coastal Odisha and a sales stint at Godrej Agrovet. She holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an MBA in Agribusiness Management (OUAT, Bhubaneswar).
Her edge is the last mile: farm visits, crop tracking, farmer and retailer meetings, and field demonstrations that convert into demand. She was ranked 2nd top performer in India for establishing new-chemistry insecticide and fungicide products, and awarded for Best Demand Generation Activities in Odisha.
